Bolson materials are intended to provide an inexpensive alternative to the original equipment manufacturer's consumables. Bolson Model and Support materials were developed through extensive testing in several independently owned Fused Deposition Machines, and in conjunction with universities and technical schools. Neither Bolson Support nor Model materials will require adjustment or re-calibration of your Fused Deposition Machines to run properly - just follow the normal reel installation procedures and start.

Bolson Materials International is proud to present a reusable mat replacement for your existing OEM glass foam build platen. Our new product accommodates: FDM 1600, 1650, 2000, 3000, Prodigy, Prodigy Plus machines and Dimension machines. It is a complete replacement from the existing OEM glass foam product. Our product was designed to let customers build hundreds of prototypes, before replacement. It also eliminates abrasive glass powder from the current OEM product.
